WHAT DOES GRID CASH ADVANCE MEAN?

I understood this was stated but I even have not had or used GridMoney much more then per month so to purchase an entire month versus being billed not less than lessen then the month would seem mad! Why wouldn't it make sense to pay for a month-to-month cost then cancel ? I’d have an understanding of if I had made use of it for the month! AbsurdC
